Eligibility for Returns
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched — in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and attached.
- Item must not have been altered, stitched, or dry-cleaned.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been stitched or tailored after purchase.
- Items with removed or damaged brand labels and tags.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase.
- Items showing signs of use, stains, or washing.
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers.

How to Initiate a Return

Share PhotosSend clear photos of the item and packaging so we can verify condition and process your request quickly.

Receive ApprovalOnce approved, you'll receive return instructions. Please do not ship before receiving approval.

Ship the ItemPack securely and ship using a trackable courier. Retain your tracking number.

Refund or ExchangeOnce received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds issued as store credit or bank transfer — your choice.
- Exchange for different design, color, or size available subject to stock.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless item was defective or incorrect.
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
