  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days

(Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.)

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in most cities
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order

7. Failed Delivery / Undelivered Orders

• Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may result in extra charges
• Re-delivery charges may apply
