Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS. If not received within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us immediately.

Failed or Missed Delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may try again the next business day.
- After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
- Re-delivery charges may apply and will be communicated before re-dispatch.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.
For COD orders — repeated refusal of deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
