These Terms govern your use of the Suit Studio website and all purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and monitor calibration.
• All fabric measurements are approximate and may have minor variances.
• Product images are illustrative and may slightly differ from the actual item.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice. Orders placed before a change will be honoured at original price.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods as shown at checkout.
• In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before dispatch.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number via WhatsApp or Contact page.
• Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

• Free delivery across Pakistan on all orders.
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
• We are not responsible for delays by third-party courier services once dispatched.
• A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, in original packaging with tags attached.
• Refunds processed as store credit or bank transfer within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

All content on suitstudio.store — including logos, product images, text, and designs — is the exclusive property of Suit Studio. You may not reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information.
• Do not copy or scrape website content without permission.

Suit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

Your personal information is collected solely for fulfilling your order and improving your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. By ordering, you consent to us contacting you about your order, promotions, or new arrivals. You may opt out at any time.
